Deoxinator is a Trading name of “Significate Ltd” Delivery Turnaround times.
UPDATE 20/03/2020 – Although we are trying to maintain business as normal, some of our couriers have informed us that they are experiencing heavy volumes of online ordering, due to COVID19, and are unable to guarantee Next Day Delivery.
Please be aware of this if your order is urgent.
Please re/ember to enter your mobile number at the checkout when ordering, this will ensure you’re sent a tracking link once we have despatched your goods.
DPD INFORMATION
We use our courier partner DPD (https://www.dpd.co.uk/) to deliver your item this includes packaging and extended liability to the value of your item.
We will endeavour to dispatch your parcel the same day on any order placed before 3pm, this may not be possible during promotions and during busy periods but it is always our aim. Every parcel to a UK mainland address is sent within 1-2 working days. Make sure you supply us with a mobile number when you order, then we can give you full tracking information & updates on your order throughout the process.
We can’t always guarantee next day delivery. Occasionally, circumstances outside of our control may occur, and in this instance, we are not liable for any costs incurred. Clicking on this link will also allow you to track your order online.

EUROPEAN DELIVERY
COST & TRANSIT TIME
Please Allow 1-2 weeks turnaround time on all deliveries, excluding transit time.
We use our courier partner DPD to delivery your item up to a maximum of £99.99+VAT this includes packaging and extended liability to the value of your item. DPD will Use one of there partners to delivery to your region.
If the parcel is over 20kg we reserve the right to revise the above delivery charges. In this instance a member of our customer service team will contact you and let you know about any additional charges.
You will of course be able to cancel your order if the new delivery charge is not acceptable.
*The Customs Clearance Charge is a fee for administrating the process of clearance and completing the importation of your goods legally into your country.

We Currently do not ship to Worldwide Destinations.
Please be advised that due to the terms set out by our payment gateways that all orders can only be sent to the address provided on the payment details. We do apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause. This is designed to protect all our customers and make for a safe & simple transaction when purchasing from Deoxinator.com.
COLLECTIONS
If you select Collection as your delivery option, we will store your order for 1 week. If it has not been collected during this time, we will cancel your order and refund via the original payment method.
RETURNS POLICY
RETURNS POLICY
If you’re a UK customer then you have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt of goods. If you wish to exercise your right to cancel you must email us at sales@deoxinator.com or write to us and return the products to:

All items returned must be unused, in the original packaging and in a saleable condition.
All returns ordered incorrectly should be returned at your cost, please include a copy of you order and contact detail stating if you require a refund, exchange or replacement. We strongly advise using an insured postal service when returning goods back to us.
DAMAGED PRODUCTS
If in the unlikely event that any goods are found to be damaged, we will be happy to send you a replacement as soon as possible. We will arrange collection of the original goods which must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
INCORRECT ORDERS
We do our very best to ensure that your order is supplied correctly, in the event that this is not the case please advise us within 48hrs of receiving your goods.
